The art of ballet is braided rituals. They accompany me in my daily life, from practicing on my own to rehearsals and preparing for performances. Since I have been dancing for about 20 years, rituals have become an integral part of my daily routine. A sequence of steps leading to amazing results. I have been learning all my life balance. In the professional field, there is balance in the body plane, in personal space there is emotional balance, but no matter how you glow inside, that feeling is not always expressed on the outside. At one stage of my life, I had forgotten that a person's face is a mirror of the soul, revealing how much love is given to oneself. To discover harmony with myself, skin care has also become a ritual for me, I have introduced the ritual of Korean facial care into my daily routine - cleansing and washing the face, toning the face, pampering with a sheet mask and applying serum and cream. I practice this ritual 3-4 times a week. I feel much more refreshed and happy that I can spend time only on MYSELF. After performances, it is very important to recover and take a breather. Rest is not only necessary for the body, but also for the face. A lot of make-up is used during the performance, the facial skin becomes heavy. It is very important to clean your face and it well revive.
